Open the “Run” dialogue by searching for “run” in the lower left corner. Enter “\\wp3v”, and click “Run.” Provide your GC credentials, and be sure to check the box to save them. Printers are named by their room location. Find both printers in 7388, and open each.
If GC credentials are not saved for either printer, or when you change your GC password, printer connections will fail silently. To reestablish printing, the printers need to be deleted from the Control Panel and then set up again.
